Some writing assessments will have one answer document that is used to respond to multiple writing prompts. In these cases, the answer document will have a gridded field on the answer document that, when marked, indicates which writing prompt the student response is for. If the gridded field is incorrectly marked or left blank, the Imaging system will apply an 'Unknown' prompt description to the instance. Readers can select the instance prompt description by clicking the Prompt field drop down and choosing a description from the drop down list. The reader provided prompt information will be forwarded to the state client by separate file.
